Flag Position for testing.
* IMPORTANT NOTES *
1. These postions are when you
are facing the judges table.
2. USA Flag, the blue corner of
the flag needs to be positioned in the the upper left when hung.
3. Korean Flag, the 3 solid bars
on the flag needs to be positioned in the upper right when hung.
4. Black Belt testing; some times
institute flags are not hung, you need to double check this before setting
up.
