Outline for conducting a class of Tae Park Tae
Kwon Do
Every class begins with 20 minutes of Stretching Exercises
- Stretching - 3 sets of 8 count per stretch
- Neck
- tilting - down, up, back
- turning - left, center, right
- tipping - left, center, right
- rotating - left then right
- Shoulder
- spring up, on 3 & 7
- torso twist
- lat stretch
- Feet Aprt
- floor touch and back bend
- windmills
- rotate waist, hands holding big ball
- leg squat, 2 count, left & right
- lunge stretch - 8 count, left & right
- splits, left, center, right
- Sitting Down Feet Apart (v stretch)
- stretch - left,center, right
- stretch - left, right
- pair with partner and stretch each other (pull, stretch
& butterfly stretch)
- Final Fron Facing Stretch
- rotate ankle, forward, backward the massage foor
- hurdler stretch
- one minute, sitting & breathing

- Marching
- Horseback Riding Stance
- single & double punch (8 count)
- kick ups (8 count)
- Front Stance
- low block
- middle punch
- high punch
- knife hand punch
- high block
- Side / Back Stance
- side block
- double knife hand block
- knife hand strike
- Marching Side Kick
- middle side kick (8 count)
- high side kick (8 count)
- Reverse Punch
- knive hand strike reverse punch; on the turn around
knife hand strike reverse punch; note: keep up for several
times, until lous and in unison.

- front kick
- side kick
- roundhouse kick
- double punch
- front kick, double punch
- high side kick
- roundhouse kick
- knife hand strike
- yup soo do (inside hand strike)
- slippery half roundhouse punch

- form - each group of belt level 5 - 10 times
- one step -
- free sparring - if time, devote no mor ethen 15 minutes to
exercise free sparring
