1. Pivoting on the right foot turn counter clockwise to the 9 o’clock position. Then execute a left front stance with a left hand low block.

2. Stepping forward with the rear (right) foot into a
right front stance, while executing a right hand middle punch.

3. Leading with the front (right) foot and pivoting in the rear (left) foot. Turn clockwise to the 3 o’clock position, into a right front stance with a right hand low block.

4. Stepping forward with the rear (left) foot into a left front stance, while executing a left hand middle punch.

5. Leading with the front (left) foot and pivoting on the rear (right) foot. Turn counter clockwise to the 12 o’clock position into a left front stance with a left hand low block.

6. Stepping forward with the rear (right) foot into a right front stance, while executing a right hand high block.

7. Stepping forward with the rear (left) foot into a left front stance, while executing a left hand high block.

8. Stepping forward with the rear (right) foot into a right front stance, while executing a right hand middle punch with a ki-hap at the end of the punch.

9. Leading with the rear (left) foot and pivoting on the front (right) foot. Turn counter clockwise to the 3 o’clock position into a right back stance with a high double knife hand block (left hand in front).

10. Stepping forward with the rear (right) foot into a left back stance, while executing a high double knife hand block (right hand in front).

11. Leading with the front (right) foot and pivoting on the rear (left) foot. Turn clockwise to the 9 o’clock position into a left back stance with a high double knife hand block (right hand in front).

12. Stepping forward with the rear (left) foot into a right back stance, while executing a high double knife hand block (left hand in front).

13. Leading with front (left) foot and pivoting on the rear (right) foot. Turn counter clockwise to the 6 o’clock position into a right back stance with a left hand side block.

14. Shifting the weight to the front (left) foot while turning to clockwise to face the 12 o’clock position, while executing a left back stance with a right hand side block.

15. Stepping backward with the front (right) foot into a right back stance, while executing a left hand side block.

16. Stepping backward with the front (left) foot into a left back stance, while executing a right hand side block.

17. Stepping backward with the front (right) foot into a right back stance, while executing a left hand side block.

18. Shifting the weight to the front (left) foot while turning to clockwise to face the 6 o’clock position, while executing a left back stance with a right hand side block.

19. Leading with the rear (left) foot and pivoting on the front (right) foot. Turn counter clockwise to the 9 o’clock position into a left front stance with a left hand high block.

20. Stepping forward with the rear (right) foot into a right front stance, while executing a right hand high punch.

21. Leading with the front (right) foot and pivoting on the rear (left) foot. Turn clockwise to the 3 o’clock position into a right front stance with a right hand high block.

22. Stepping forward with the rear (left) foot into a left front stance, while executing a left hand high punch with a ki-hap at the end of the punch.

  • Be sure to step forward when going to barrow.
  • Remain in last position of the form until the instructor tells you to return to the ready stance. (Barro).
