1. Turn counter clockwise to the 9 o’clock position into a right back stance, while executing a left hand side block and a right hand high block.

2. Using the left hand to reach and grab the opponent and then pull the opponent towards you, while executing an upper cut punch with the right hand. The left hand grab will travel over top of the upper cut, which will stop above the elbow of the right arm.

3. Pulling the front (left) foot backwards toward the rear (right) foot, (basically shifting into a narrow tall right back stance) while executing a left knife hand strike to the neck.

4. Slide the front (left) foot to the rear (right) foot, when both feet touch slide the right foot outward towards the 3 o’clock position. Once there execute a left back stance, with a right hand side block and a left hand high block.

5. Using the right hand to reach and grab the opponent and then pull the opponent towards you, while executing an upper cut punch with the left hand. The right hand grab will travel over top of the upper cut, which will stop above the elbow of the left arm.

6. Pulling the front (right) foot backwards toward the rear (left) foot, (basically shifting into a narrow tall left back stance) while executing a right knife hand strike to the neck.

7. Slide the front (right) foot to the rear (left) foot, when both feet touch the left foot will slide forward towards the 12 o’clock position. Assume a right back stance with a double knife hand block (left hand in front).

8. Leading with the rear (right) foot, execute a high front kick to the facial area. As the kicking foot lands into a right front stance, execute a right knife hand stab to the solar plexus. The left hand will fold down in front of the body to block. While the right knife hand stab crosses over top of the left hand, which will remain underneath the elbow of the right arm.

9. Leading with the rear (left) foot and pivoting on the front (right) you will need to rotate 360 degrees back to the 12 o’clock position. While turning away from the opponent quickly withdraw the right knife hand stab and place it in the lower back, while the other hand should be in a high block position. This technique is to escape from the opponent grabbing the knife hand stab. To complete the rotation by stopping in a left front stance, while using the left arm to execute a left hand back fist (palm down).

10. Stepping forward with the rear (right) foot into a right front stance, while executing a right hand middle punch with a ki-hap at the end of the punch.

11. Leading with the rear (left) foot and pivoting counter clockwise on the front (right) foot to the 3 o’clock position. Execute a right back stance with a left hand side block and right hand high block.

12. Using the left hand to reach and grab the opponent and then pull the opponent towards you, while executing an upper cut punch with the right hand. The left hand grab will travel over top of the upper cut, which will stop above the elbow of the right arm.

13. Pulling the front (left) foot backwards toward the rear (right) foot, (basically shifting into a narrow tall right back stance) while executing a left knife hand strike to the neck.

14. Slide the front (left) foot to the rear (right) foot, when both feet touch slide the right foot outward towards the 12 o’clock position. Once there execute a left back stance, with a right hand side block and a left hand high block.

15. Using the right hand to reach and grab the opponent and then pull the opponent towards you, while executing an upper cut punch with the left hand. The right hand grab will travel over top of the upper cut, which will stop above the elbow of the left arm.

16. Pulling the front (right) foot backwards toward the rear (left) foot, (basically shifting into a narrow tall left back stance) while executing a right knife hand strike to the neck.

17. Slide the front (right) foot to the rear (left) foot, when both feet touch the left foot will slide forward towards the 6 o’clock position. Assume a right back stance with a double knife hand block (left hand in front).

18. Leading with the rear (right) foot, execute a high front kick to the facial area. As the kicking foot lands into a right front stance, execute a right knife hand stab to the throat. The left hand will fold down in front of the body to block. While the right knife hand stab crosses over top of the left hand, which will remain underneath the elbow of the right arm.

19. Leading with the rear (left) foot and pivoting on the front (right) you will need to rotate 360 degrees back to the 6 o’clock position. While turning towards the opponent quickly withdraw the right knife hand stab back by your face, while the other hand remains in the same position. This technique is to protect the face as you pivot towards the opponent. To complete the rotation by stopping in a left front stance, while using the left arm to execute a left hand back fist (palm down).

20. Stepping forward with the rear (right) foot into a right front stance, while executing a right hand middle punch with a ki-hap at the end of the punch.

21. Leading with the rear (left) foot and pivoting on the front (right) foot, turn counter clockwise into a horseback riding stance, while executing a left hand low block. The body will be facing the 12 o’clock position, while looking and blocking to the 9 o’clock position.

22. Step with the front (left) foot into a left front stance, while executing a right hand middle punch. The body will now be facing the 9 o’clock position.

23. Stepping in, bring the front (left) foot to the rear (right) foot, when the feet touch the body will be facing the 12 o’clock position. Then slide the right foot outward towards the 6 o’clock position, while executing a horseback riding stance, with a right hand low block.

24. Step with the front (right) foot into a right front stance, while executing a left hand middle punch. The body will now be facing the 3 o’clock position.

  • Be sure to step forward when going to barrow.
  • Remain in last position of the form until the instructor tells you to return to the ready stance. (Barro).
