1. Stepping back with the left foot into a right front stance, while executing a right hand low block and a left hand inside side block (which should be place directly out from your left front shoulder).

2. Moving the left foot into right back stance facing the 9 o’clock position, while executing a low double knife hand block (left hand in front).

3. Stepping forward with the rear (right) foot and pivoting on the front (left) foot, into a left back stance. While executing a high double knife hand block (right hand in front).

4. Stepping backward with the front (right) foot and pivoting on the rear (left) foot into a right back stance, while executing a left hand palm block waist high.

5. Stepping forward with the rear (right) foot into a right front stance, while executing a right hand middle punch.

6. Leading with the front (right) foot and pivoting on the rear (left) foot. Turn clockwise to the 3 o’clock position into a left back stance, while executing a low double knife hand block (right hand in front).

7. Stepping forward with the rear (left) foot and pivoting on the front (right) foot, into a right back stance. While executing a high double knife hand block (left hand in front).

8. Stepping backward with the front (left) foot and pivoting on the rear (right) foot into a left back stance, while executing a open right hand palm block waist high.

9. Stepping forward with the rear (left) foot into a left front stance, while executing a left hand middle punch.

10. Leading with the front (left) foot and pivoting on the rear (right) foot. Turn counter clockwise to the 12 o’clock position, while executing a left front stance, with a left hand low block and a right inside side block (which should be place directly out from your right front shoulder).

11. Stepping forward with the rear (right) foot into a right front stance, while executing a high double fist (right hand in front, the left hand fist will be placed by the right elbow).

12. Stepping forward with the rear (left) foot into a left front stance, while executing a high double fist (left hand in front, the right hand fist will be placed by the left elbow).

13. Stepping forward with the rear (right) foot into a right front stance, while executing a right knife hand stab to the solar plexus with a ki-hap at the end of the stab. The left hand will fold down in front of the body to block. While the right knife hand stab crosses over top of the left hand, which will remain underneath the elbow of the right arm.

14. Leading with the rear (left) foot and pivoting on the front (right) foot, turn counter clockwise to the 3 o’clock position. While executing a left front stance with a left hand side block.

15. Maintain the left front stance, while executing a middle double punch. The first punch will be executed with the right hand and the followed by the left hand.

16. Next shifting the weight to the rear (right) foot and pulling the front (left) leg up so that it is level with the waist into a perch stance. Using the hands in a grabbing motion. The right hand will draw to the right side waistline with the palm facing up. The left hand will draw across the body to be positioned above the right hand with the palm facing the 12 o’clock position.

17. From the perch position, execute a left high sidekick. When throwing the kick be sure to execute a left hand back fist. As the kick approaches the ground land into a left front stance, where a right elbow strike will be executed.

18. Stepping forward with the rear (right) foot and pivoting on the front (left) foot, into a left back stance. While executing a double knife hand block (left hand in front).

19. Leading with front (right) foot and pivoting on the rear (left) foot. Turn clockwise to the 9 o’clock position into a right front stance, while executing a right hand side block.

20. Maintain the right front stance, while executing a middle double punch. The first punch will be executed with the left hand and the followed by the right hand.

21. Next shifting the weight to the rear (left) foot and pulling the front (right) leg up so that it is level with the waist into a perch stance. Using the hands in a grabbing motion. 25. Stepping forward with the rear (right) foot and pivoting on the front (left) foot, into a left back stance. While executing a low double fist (right hand in front, the left hand fist will be placed just above the knot on the belt).

26. Stepping forward with the rear (left) foot and pivoting on the front (right) foot, into a right back stance. While executing a low double fist (left hand in front, the right hand fist will be placed just above the knot on the belt).

27. Stepping forward with the rear (right) foot into a right front stance, while executing a hand hand middle punch followed by a ki-hap at the end of the punch.

28.Leading with the rear (left) foot and pivoting on the front (right) foot. Turn counter clockwise to the 9 o'clock position, to a right back stance, while executing a low double knife hand block (left hand in front, and the right hand should be just above the knot on the belt).

29. Stepping forward with the rear (right) foot and pivoting on the front (left) foot, into a left back stance. While executing a high double knife hand block (right hand in front).

30. Stepping backward with the front (right) foot and pivoting on the rear (left) foot, into a right back stance. While executing a open left hand palm block waist high.

31. Stepping forward with the rear (right) foot into a right front stance, while executing a right hand middle punch.

32. Leading with the front (right) foot and pivoting on the rear (left) foot. Turn clockwise to the 3 o’clock position into a left back stance, while executing a low double knife hand block (right hand in front, and the left hand should be just above the knot on the belt.)

33.Stepping forward with the rear (left) foot and pivoting on the front (right) foot, into a right back stance. While executing a high double knife hand block (left hand in front).

34.Stepping backward with the front (left) foot and pivoting on the rear (right) foot, into a left back stance. While executing a open right hand palm block waist high.

35.Stepping forward with the rear (left) foot into a left front stance, while executing a left hand middle punch.

  • Be sure to step forward when going to barrow.
