1. Turning to the counter clockwise to the 9 o’clock
into a right back stance, while executing a high double knife hand block.
(Left hand in front)
2. Using the rear (right) foot, execute a right front
kick. As the kick approaches the ground, land in a right front stance,
followed with a right hand middle punch.
3. Leading with the front (right) foot and pivoting
on the rear (left) foot. Turn clockwise to the 3 o’clock position,
into a left back stance with a high double knife hand block. (Right
hand in front).
4. Using the rear (left) foot, execute a left front
kick. As the kick approached the ground, land in a left front stance,
followed with a left hand middle punch.
5. Leading with the front (left) foot, and pivoting
on the rear (right) foot. Turn counter clockwise to the 12 o’clock
position, into a left front stance with a open left hand low block.
6. Keeping the same basic front stance and turning your
upper body to the 9 o’clock position. While executing a knife
hand strike with the right hand (palm up starting the strike from behind
the ear). The left hand will execute an open hand high block.
7. Without moving the hands use the rear (right) foot
to execute a high front kick. Now as the leg comes approves the ground
after the kick. Push off with the base leg (left) and jump forward.
The right leg will land in front with the left leg crossed behind it
and standing on the ball of the left foot. Your hands will execute a
double fist with the right hand in front, and the left hand is placed
next to the right elbow. When you execute the double fist you will need
to ki-hap.
8. Leading with the rear (left) foot and pivoting on
the front (right) foot. Turn counter clockwise to the 3 o’clock
position into a right back stance with a low double knife hand block
(left hand in front).
9. Next crossing the arms tightly at chest level, palms
facing towards the body. Push the arms out away from the body while
quickly snap the wrist to complete the block (the palms now face outward
away from the body). The stance will shift from a right back stance
to a left front stance.
10. Using the rear (right) front to execute a right
front kick and land into a right front stance. As the kick approaches
the ground execute two middle punches right then left.
11. Leading with the front (right) foot and pivoting
on the rear (left) foot. Turn clockwise to the 9 o’clock position
into a left back stance with a low double knife hand block (right hand
in front).
12. Next crossing the arms tightly at chest level, palms
facing towards the body. Push the arms out away from the body while
quickly snap the wrist to complete the block (the palms now face outward
away from the body). The stance will shift from a right back stance
to a right front stance.
13. Using the rear (left) front to execute a left front
kick and land into a left front stance. As the kick approaches the ground
execute two middle punches left then right.
14. Leading with the front (left) foot and pivoting
on the rear (right) foot. Turn counter clockwise to the 6 o’clock
position and execute a double knife hand block (left hand in front,
with a right back stance).
15. Using the front (left) foot shift into a left front
stance. While the right hand executes a palm smash and the left hand
executes an open high block facing the 3 o’clock position.
16. Using the rear (right) foot to execute a high front
kick, while executing a right back fist to the facial area.
17. Using the rear (left) foot to execute a high front
kick, while executing a left hand high block.
18. Using the rear (right) foot to execute a high sidekick
and land into a left back stance. While executing a double knife hand
block (right hand in front) with a ki-hap.
19. Leading with the rear (left) foot and pivoting on
the front (right) foot. Turn counter clockwise to the 12 o’clock
position into a right back stance. While executing a left double hand
block (left hand in front).
- Be sure to step forward when going to barrow.
- Remain in last position of the form until the instructor
tells you to return to the ready stance. (Barro).
